A Little Bit Of Design History

Monday, July 2, 2018
Do you know about Design History? If not, don't worry, we're here to keep you informed, and we have something great to share with you today.

Grab your notepad and let's go. (JK, no notepad is required)

No, I'm not going to give you a college course on the history of design. Instead, I'm going to tell you about the fabulous NY based clothing company that started in 2001 called Design History. They started as women's cashmere clothing and evolved into an on-trend, feminine, sophisticated clothing line that has a bit of playfulness. What's even better is that in 2010 they launched their first girls line, and we couldn't be happier.

They sent us this beautiful 2 piece set to share with you and boy do we love it! The knit top is so soft and yummy. The lace trim detail definitely falls into their feminine category.

The luscious blue color is amazing. It's bright yet sophisticated at the same time. Perfectly balanced for a summer color.

The french knit shorts have a super soft elastic waist-band as well as must-have front pockets. And look at those adorable "destroyed" details! The cut hem and "sliced" holes all have a little bit of curl to them that give them so much style.

This outfit is so stylish all you need are a simple pair of tennis shoes and your little tween girl will be ready for a casual day with family and friends.

If you like what you see here, check out store like Nordstrom's and Bloomingdale's for Design History and leave us a comment to let us know you stopped by.

Today's post has been sponsored by Design History. I would also like to take a quick second and say thank you to Starbucks for the Ultra Caramel Frappaccino. YUMMY! :)
